HEAD IN THE CLOUDS FESTIVAL
Tasked with coordinating their in-house creative studio for the imminent Head In The Clouds (HITC) festival season, 88rising confronted the challenge of meeting various deliverables across multiple festival territories.
I led the organization of the creative studio for the festival season, effectively creating and managing timelines across festival territories— delivering 200+ pieces of creative per city. As a liaison between the creative studio, touring, business development, digital teams, and external partners, I ensured seamless coordination and contributed to a successful festival season.
